This is a PREORDER for a hand signed copy. I do not have exact dates for shipping yet, as it will depend on the books arriving with me here in NZ, being signed, and then sent out. I will keep you updated on how these timelines are tracking and if there are any unforseen delays!

Due to the fact this book is not publishing until NOVEMBER 15TH if you select this book, we will hold your entire order until the book has arrived. Cutting close to December, I unfortunately cannot make any promises that this book will arrive with you before the Christmas season, but we will keep fingers and toes crossed!
